In December 2012,  Positive Impact Outreach, Inc., was founded by Rev. Dr. Brennetta C. Williams. Our mission is to become an advocate, change agent, and vessel for connecting people in need with resources required to live a well life. Positive Impact Outreach, Inc., is a Virginia commissioned 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing assistance and needed services to the elderly, underprivileged, homeless, youth, and those affected by cancer.
